Equipping with 1.5LVVT high performance petrol engine meeting Euro IV Emission Standard, the max speed can reach 174 km/h with fuel consumption of 6.43L per 100 km, rated power of 80KW and max torque of 145N.M. A lot of environment-friendly materials that can be recycled are adopted with advanced environment concept.
GWKULLA is electrical new energy vehicle with 2 seats newly developed be Great Wall Motor. This vehicle is driven completely by electricity with smart and unique shape. Adopting 48V DC motor, the vehicle can drive 140 km at speed of 65 km/h after charging once. The continued mileage can meet need of driving in the large-medium city for one day. This model really embodies design concept of energy-saving and emission reduction with zero pollution, zero emission and low cost.
GWPERI EV is electrical vehicle developed on the basis of GWPERI with 4 seats. Power system of GWPERI is replaced with 50Kw permanent magnet brushless DC motor; the mechanical structure is simplified and the drive efficiency is improved, thus the speed reaches 130 km/h and zero emission can be realized. Advanced lithium-ion battery is adopted with safe and reliable operation. 70% can be completed in 10 minutes and continued mileage can reach 180 km with cost less than RMB 10 Yuan per 100 km.
Hover hybrid vehicle is new energy vehicle newly-developed with 2.4 L and 160 km/h meeting Euro IV Emission Standard. Inheriting all the advantages of successful Hover CUV, Hover hybrid vehicle is equipped with 4G69S4N hybrid engine, 6 gear automatic transmission and start/stop system, which can realize engine shut-down at idle speed to save more than 15 % of fuel consumption in the city traffic.
2. Mass-production Vehicle
FLORID is a sedan with 5 seats self-developed by Great Wall Motor. The vehicle shows its beauty and energy with fashionable appearance, spacious space and luxuriant configuration. Equipped with GW413EF 1.3L, GW415EF 1.5L petrol engines and two-stage catalyzing and EOBD system, FLORID can meet Euro IV Emission Standard. New products with 1.2L diesel engine, infinitely variable transmission and automatic transmission will be released later.
FLORID has spacious inner space and simple instrument panel with easily operation; inner storage shelf and seat-folding function could save the space to avoid constraint in the vehicle. The body adopts steel plates with high strength, anti-impact bar in the door and the technology of laser welding. Front electrical pre-tightening safety belt, rear 3-point safety belt, airbag, crushable column, assistant steering and Bosch 8.0 ABS+EBD are also equipped. Besides, the vehicle is also equipped with 4-way adjustable front seats, electrical glass, electrical rearview mirror, remote controlling lock and engine password anti-theft system
COOL BEAR is the first vigorous vehicle with small displacement and unique feature.
The shape shows reminiscence emotion during initial period of auto industry: sharp-edged tail, roof and side body are combined at 90°angle. Large door opening angle, higher seat and ample space for head and leg can provide comfortable driving for the driver. 600 L inner space is a symbol of the advertising of COOL BEAR “Unyielding due to intrepidity; splendid due to capacity”.
COOL BEAR is equipped with self-developed GW415EF 1.5 L petrol engine which is a new generation engine for sedan with high power, low emission and low pollution. The max speed can reach over 150 km/h and the emission can meet Euro IV Standard.
Equipped with child 3-point safety belt, child safety lock, airbag, engine password anti-theft system, Bosch 8.0 ABS+EBD, front electrical pre-tightening safety belt and crushable column, COOL BEAR could guarantee maximum safety and comfort of the passengers.
GWPERI is a global model developed completely according to international standard. It was released to the market in March this year with price between RMB 43900-53900 Yuan. The vehicle meets 8 technical requirements of Shanghai small-displacement vehicle and Euro IV Emission Standard. It is called “upgrading vehicle” and it is the only and first small vehicle that can perform stunt without any modification in China.
GWPERI is equipped with GW413EF 1.3L petrol engine and the output torque can reach 115N•M within the range of 4200rpm-5200rpm with max power of 65KW and power per liter of nearly 50KW, meeting Euro IV Emission Standard. The acceleration speed of 0~100 km is within 15 sec and the max speed can reach 160 km/h.
As for the safety, GWPERI adopts Bosch 8.0 ABS+EBD, 3H safe body with high rigidity, front/rear anti-impact beam with high strength, together with energy-absorbing cabin and electrical triggering airbag with high to protect the occupants in the vehicle when crash happens.
COWRY MPV is the first model Great Wall developed for MPV market with role as medium-high commercial vehicle. “Fashion, Fuel-saving and Comfort” are obvious features of COWRY and it is really a classical model of commercial MPV.
High body and low chassis design make the appearance of COWRY stylish and fashionable. The inner space is smaller than commercial MPV but larger than family MPV, which just bridge the gap between them in domestic MPV market.
COWRY MPV is equipped with 2.0 L MIVEC engine developed by Mistrubishi with max power of 105 kW and max torque of 185N•M. With the technology of multi-point fuel injection and intellectual variable valve, the power is similar to 2.4 L engine but the fuel consumption is equal to 1.8 L engine. The emission of the vehicle meets Euro IV.
COWRY MPV adopts chassis of high-level sedan and takes the regulations and safety test index in European market into consideration. With all-metal closed frame structure of high rigidity, the safety of the occupants in the vehicle is guaranteed when crash happens.
08 Hover. Hover is a worldwide vehicle made in China and it won SUV Sales Champion continuously. Inherited all the advantages of Hover CUV chassis, structure, performance and safety, 08 Hover makes 27 improving modification on the existing basis and is improved a lot in the aspects of power, handling, safety, appearance and comfort.
Electrical control high pressure technology GW2.5TCI diesel engine of Bosch is equipped with max power of 80 km and max torque of 300N•M; OBD is also equipped meeting Euro III Emission Standard with max speed of 150 km/h.
As for the safety, 08 Hover adopts most advanced RFID technology in the world and encrypted communication could effectively avoid the communication between anti-theft controller and engine control module (ECM) being monitored, thus the anti-theft function can be more reliable.
TCS (Traction Control System) is equipped to avoid wheel from skipping in special condition and the drive stability, drive ability and safety of the vehicle can be all improved. GW2.8TCI and GW2.5TC transmissions released in 2008 take the advantages of impact structure, large load bearing torque, small noise, short gear shifting stroke and clear gear shifting.
Extra long Wingle pick-up is a new high-end pick-up developed mainly for European and American market and the performance keeps the same step with top pick-ups in international market. Extra long (i.e. large double cabin)pick-up is developed on the basis of Wingle standard double cabin. The cargo body and wheelbase are prolonged 300 mm with ability to load more cargo. It can match with engines of different types, such as GW2.8TC, GW2.8TCI, GW2.5TCI and 4G69
Wingle is equipped with electrical control high pressure common rail technology INTEC diesel engine jointly developed with Bosch. It possesses a lot of excellent features, such as strong power, environment-friendly & energy-saving, low noise and start at low temperature. Wingle combines spacious space of SUV and load ability of pick-up to integrate practicability, dynamics and safety together in a perfect way. Wingle is a kind of tool vehicle with the functions of towing, cross country and loading. The enforced chassis adopts variable section frame structure with high strength; meanwhile, rear anti-impact beam and enforced middle beam could improve the frame rigidity to ensure the loading ability and drive comfort.
3. Reserved Vehicle
PHENOM is the 4th model of sedan that Great Wall intends to manufacture. It is a five-seat sedan with stylish appearance and compact interior trim. Equipped with 1.3L and 1.5L petrol engine, the emission can meet Euro IV Standard. Anti-impact design is adopted of the body: anti-impact bar in the front/rear door, anti-impact beam in the front cabin, bumper at rear wall and dual-airbag as standard configuration. ABS+EBD is also equipped and a lot storage spaces are designed in the vehicle; the position and angle of rear seats can be adjusted to change the luggage space.
New mini SUV is the first fuel-saving 4WD SUV with small displacement intended to release into market at the beginning of next year. 4W disc brake and ABS are applied. Dynamic performance is strengthened in the aspects of power distribution, chassis and safety design. Excellent crossing-county function overthrows the traditional SUV concept. The small-size SUV will pale others by showing its ability and talent in the market.
4. Special-purpose Vehicle
Cowry recreation vehicle is developed on the basis of Cowry MPV with 5 doors and 7 seats, combing business purpose and entertainment together. Electrical lifting tent is added on the roof; two side windows are designed on the tent and the line type keeps the same with the vehicle ti maintain the appearance and add the function. Simple cooker is equipped to meet the needs for 3-5 persons travelling outside and it is really a good partner when travelling with friends on holiday.
HOVER•Π is the first luxurious guests vehicle self-developed in China with total length of 6.90 m. The streamlined appearance of vehicle is rather magnificent. The chassis, body, front/rear suspensions, rear screw spring and front torsional bar are particularly enforced. The inner trims are luxurious and comfortable with capacious space for 8-9 persons. The equipments can be used for meeting, business, entertainment and office-working. Comparing with foreign brands, HOVER•Π is about the same but more closer to the users. The vehicle fills up the blank in domestic market and can be the No. 1 among the domestic competitors.
Wingle recreation vehicle is developed on the basis of global high-end pick-up Wingle and is equipped with electric control high pressure common rail “smart fuel saving leader” engine to represent highest level of Great Wall Motor travelling vehicle. Front mounting adopts arm torsional spring separate suspension while rear mounting adopts steel plate spring non-separate suspension to meet road requirements of complex conditions. The length of the vehicle is 5.98 m and it can carry max 5 persons. The configurations are all ready: double fixed bed/double-layer single bed, 50 L water tank for living, imported cooker, 19/12"LCD TV, special outside roof-installed AC and 100Ah free of maintenance battery can meet the needs for 3-5 persons travelling outside.
The length of GWREGAL is 12 m and all the furniture in the vehicle is made of maple imported from USA. Entertainment bar and high-level kitchen (including refrigerator made in USA, cooker and micro-wave oven) are located in the left; in the right, there are luxurious leather sofa and private room for two persons. 40"Sony HD LCD TV, stereo system, luxurious cool/warm AC are installed in living area. There are integral bath room, high-level sitting WC pan, automatic washing machine in wash room. In the bedroom, wall cabinet, HD LCD TV, double bed, special outside roof-installed AC are equipped. Large water tank is installed in the compartment and there is enough space in the vehicle. Every detail is the symbol of luxury.
5. Spare Parts
Great Wall Motor will exhibit self-developed 4 types of engine and 3 types of transmission at Beijing Auto Show this time.
There are 3 types of petrol engines and one type of diesel engine. All the petrol engines adopt VVT technology, aluminum light weight design and advanced electric control fuel injection system; the performance parameters are ranked in international level. The diesel engine adopts VGT supercharging and electric control high pressure common rail direct injection technology to ensure high power, high torque together with good fuel economics and low emission.
There is one type of 4-gear electrical control automatic transmission, one type of FWD 5-gear manual transmission and one type of 4WD 5-gear transmission.
GW4G15-GDIT petrol engine is the only self-developed supercharging direct injection engine of self-owned brand in China with advanced technology of exhaust gas turbo supercharging and direct injection. The engine can meet Euro V Emission Standard. With advanced technology of electrical throttle, dual-VVT and electrical control system, the performance of the engine can be guaranteed in the worldwide advanced level.
GW4G15-GDIT petrol engine is 4-cylinder, straight in-line, 16-valve engine with displacement of 1.5 L, max power of 112 kW and max torque of 210N•M. Fuel consumption rate under some load conditions can be reduced and the power can be improved largely as well as the torque.
GW4D20 diesel engine is a 4-cylinder, straight in-line, 16-valve engine. A lot of technologies are adopted, such as electrical control high pressure common rail (CRDI), EGR cooling, electrical throttle, variable section exhaust gas turbo supercharging (VGT), hydraulic clearance adjuster and dual-quality flywheel. The displacement of the engine is 2.0 L with max power of 110kW and max torque of 310N•M meeting Euro V Emission Standard.
GW4G13 petrol engine is 4-cylinder aluminum engine. Adopting electrical fuel injection system and VVT technology, the output torque of the vehicle at low speed can be guaranteed and the fuel consumption rate can be reduced. The displacement of the engine is 1.3 L with max power of 66kW and max torque of 123N•M. The engine has impact structure and light weight meeting Euro IV Emission Standard.
GW3G10 petrol engine is aluminum engine belonging to the same series of GW4G13 engine. The engine has impact structure and light weight meeting Euro V Emission Standard. The engine adopts VVT technology, dual overhead camshaft (DOHC), electrical throttle, plastic air intake manifold, separate ignition coil and electrical fuel injection system. It is 3-cylinder, 12-valve with displacement of 1.0 L, max power of 51KW and max torque of 94N•M.
01AT automatic transmission is a self-developed FWD 4-gear electrical automatic transmission with 6 patent technologies for matching 1.5 L petrol engine. Max drive efficiency can be realized and the engine can meet Euro IV Emission Standard with easily upgrading into 5-gear and 6-gear. The max design torque is 220N•m. Patent technology is adopted of transmission control system and gear can be shifted in 0.55 sec to improve the gear shifting comfort.
001 manual transmission is a 5-gear manual gear for FWD with impact structure. The transmission adopts optimized design which is optimized by advanced design software MASTA. The driven efficiency is improved; stability is guaranteed and the engagement noise is reduced. Straight bearing and other advanced structures are also applied to the mechanics to improve the gear shifting and comfort.
002 manual transmission is 4WD type of 001 transmission with the same structure features of 001. With advantages of small volume, light weight and impact structure, the transfer gear could provide more powerful drive power to the vehicle to meet the dynamic requirement of vehicle with small displacement.
