Syria-based Distributor of GWM Attended Aleppo Auto Show successfully
From June 4, to June 8, 2009, Shammout Trading Co., Syria-based distributor of GWM, attended the annual Aleppo auto show in Aleppo, the second largest city in Syria, which attracted more than 70 thousand visitors. Many prestigious people attended the auto show like Mr. Ali Ahmad Mansoura; the Mayor of Aleppo, Mr. Hasan Zedo; the president of Aleppo chamber of commerce. Local famous media such as Souria Al-ghad and Aarabisq, also rushed to report the event.
The booth of GWM covers an area of 170 m2, displaying 5 models including Hover, Hover•p, GWperi, Deer as well as Florid. Hover•p, the limousine, attracted many customers by its grand overall appearance and exquisite inner decoration. Against its economical and applicable features, and strong power as well as, the Deer pickup is welcomed by the local consumers from the business and agriculture line. As the small displacement cars are becoming more popular in Syria, the Gwperi with 1.3L engine win the customers’ favor thanks to its economical and fashionable design.
Participating in this auto show greatly enhanced our brand image in the local market. It is of great help to the future promotion activities for the new products.
