Final Assembly Workshop
The workshop is 457m in length, 112m in width, covering an area of 51,000m2 with the total investment of 100 million RMB. It is one of the biggest assembly lines and also strictly tested in China. The final assembly workshop includes two inner decoration lines, chassis line, assembly line as well as 6 subsidiary lines. The designed productive tempo is 98 seconds and max daily output is 670 units.
Painting Workshop
With the total investment of RMB800, 000,000.00, 228m in length, 76m in width, covering an area of over 62,000m2 , the plant adopts the advanced paint blending and conveying system, PVCglue supply system, sealed glue supply system imported from the USA, and painting robots imported from YASKAWA Company in Japan. In addition, the workshop is also equipped with exhaust gas burning system and sewage treatment system.
Welding Workshop
The welding plant, covering an area of 59,000m2, established 6 high intellectualized production lines designed and built up by a world wide known company, including electric control, computer control, robots automatic, etc. It is suitable for the flexible production of various different models.
Framing Workshop
The plant covers over 10,000m2, including stamping, welding and electroplated dipping processes. The stamping equipments are the most advanced in China, plus eight welding robots imported from Japan.
Engine Production Base
Engine Production Base Great Wall Motor covers an area of 280,000m2 with an annual capacity of 200,000 engines. The production lines including producing equipment, machining equipment and testing equipment all are international famous brands and have reached the international level. Great Wall Motor owns GW413EF, GW491QE gasoline engine series and GW2.8TC, GW2.8TDI, GW4D28 diesel engine series, whose power and economical performance take the leading place among the same line in China. The engines are very popular in the market for their excellent performance, becoming the superior furnishment of Great Wall Motor. Meanwhile, lots of engines have been supplied to other auto factories and exported to overseas market.
