Recently we have received some e-mails from overseas friends reporting that some illegal persons established overseas offices and conduct commercial activities in Africa and Europe on the purpose to seek for illegal benefits by authorizing distributorship of Great Wall Motors and holding concerning training, meetings and so on in the name of GWM overseas office. Such behavior has already seriously infringed our company's intellectual property right and brand image, which caused strong complaints from our co-operator and consumers, and seriously jeopardized the local market order. Concerning this tort Great Wall Motors make the following declaration:

• Up to date Great Wall Motor Company Ltd has established only 3 subsidiary or overseas offices in the Middle East, Russia and Cuba, and never scheduled to set up any other overseas offices elsewhere.
• Any of our subsidiary or overseas office has no right to authorize the distributorship of Great Wall Motors or hold conference, either to take any charges in the case.
• Any information regarding the Annual Convention of Distributors of GWM and the related training activities should be up to the official information issued by Great Wall Motor's headquarter.
• If you have found any illegal person seeking for illegal benefits by various methods in the name of Great Wall Motors, please don't hesitate to contact us by the means as below so as to be away from being cheated:
